The rapid growth of J.P. Weigand & Sons residential division continued Monday when the company assumed management of Stucky & Associates' Newton and El Dorado offices.
No money changed hands in the transaction, said Gary Walker, Weigand's residential general manager.
Weigand isn't through repositioning itself in a Wichita real estate market that plunged into flux a month ago with the shift of the Coldwell Banker franchise to Plaza Real Estate, Walker said. Other deals could be forthcoming this summer, he said.
