J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc. has brought on 42 former Stucky & Associates agents as that company shrinks following its failed sale to another competitor.
Gary Walker, manager of Weigand’s residential division, says the count was accurate as of 10 a.m. Friday and expects more agents to follow. The development means Weigand, already the city’s largest residential real estate firm, seems certain to take the most advantage of Stucky’s troubles.
