J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc. is expanding its space in its west side offices to accommodate new agents it lured from Stucky & Associates Realtors.
Weigand will take over a lease from another company that is vacating the former Ritchie Corp. headquarters near 29th and Ridge Road, acquiring an additional 8,644 square feet, says Gary Walker, general manager of Weigand residential division. Weigand has been leasing a portion of the former Ritchie building since January 2007 for its west Wichita offices, originally with 16,300 square feet.
